LockCards Support

LockCards puts short, colorful notes on your iPhone Lock Screen using Live Activities. Support is handled directly by email.

LockCards was previously named Homecards. If you have an older version installed, the app may continue to appear as Homecards until it is updated.

Open iOS Settings and find Apps → LockCards. On older versions, it may still appear as Homecards.

When reporting a problem, please include:

• a short description of what happened and what you expected;
• your iPhone model and iOS version;
• the LockCards build number shown under Settings → About;
• steps that reliably reproduce the problem; and
• for a purchase problem only, the Support ID copied from LockCards Settings.

Screenshots are helpful, but remove personal or sensitive information first. You normally do not need to send the text of your notes.

Frequently asked questions

How do I put a note on my Lock Screen?

Create and save a note, then tap the circle on the right side of its card. Your first note’s Live Activity is free. LockCards Premium is required to create more notes or run multiple Live Activities at once. Lock the iPhone to see the full Live Activity. Supported iPhone models may also show it in Dynamic Island.

Why is my Live Activity not appearing?

1. Confirm that LockCards Premium is active in LockCards Settings.
2. Open iOS Settings, find Apps → LockCards, and make sure Live Activities are allowed.
3. Return to LockCards, stop the note if it appears active, and start it again.
